Privacy

We keep what’s needed to run your shoots. We don’t sell it and we don’t show ads.

What we keep

• Your phone number and name, so you can sign in.
• What you and your crew add to a shoot, including photos.
• Who is in each shoot, and their role.
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser) to keep the service secure.

Who sees it

• Only members of a shoot can see it. Anyone with an invite link can join, so share links with your crew only.
• Your crew sees your name and part of your number, for example +351 ••• ••• 412.
• Exporting to Google Sheets makes signed photo links, so Sheets can show the pictures.

Services we use

• Railway: hosting, database and photo storage.
• Twilio: sends your sign-in code.
• OpenFreeMap: map tiles.
• Photon (komoot) and Open-Meteo: place search. Only the search text is sent.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs: fonts and the Excel exporter.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your data

Owners can delete a shoot, and anyone can leave one. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, send us a message.
